Anything worth doing is going to be hard, I think based on your comments the results were an aberration and not the norm.

Many factors to account for, part of it I think was rule changes and the higher scoring across the board.

During the year there were disparate results, one week the public won big, the next was the bookmakers, it was going back and forth plus the public has a lot more information at it's fingertips than anytime of the NFL and it will become even greater as more states allow legal sports wagering.
