It is with sadness, I report the passing of "Tony" from 5 Dimes.

"Tony" was just a moniker for William Sean Creighton.

He was reported missing a few weeks ago and full details aren't really known. Reports that he was kidnapped and a ransom demand of one million dollars was asked. As I stated details into this aspect aren't 100% confirmed.

The last contact with "Tony" was on September 24th when he dropped off a co-worker after work and his car was found along side of a road. Again full details are unknown.

Anyone that knew "Tony" will tell you he loved gaming, that was his passion and he never looked at it as work.

I started back with "Tony" before I opened up the first forum which ultimately turned into this current location. "Tony" was a big supporter of the forum in the beginning years of this site and sponsored many big money contests to help get me going. I'll be forever grateful for what he did for me and treated me as if I was part of the family. That's just the way he was.

At times he could be a real son of a gun and prick but overall he was a pioneer and did things fairly for everyone. You couldn't ask for more than that.

I send condolences to his family and his extended family at the 5 Dimes group.

Writing this post has been very difficult as a lot of good times and memorable times have flooded my memory banks.

We lost a great one and he will never be replaced.

I've spoken to several people that all believe that this was done by somebody really close to "Tony"

1. Where were his bodyguards?
2. Why did it take until the next day for him to be reported missing by his wife.
3. Why did the wife wire money to a family member to pay the ransom.

The overall thought process is that this was a set up and planned for sometime and someone within the inner circle was in on it.

Also there is a feeling that this will never be solved.

Personally it's just a bad overall situation. For the sake of his family, I hope this gets resolved quickly and that the family and friends can come to grips with this tragedy and it doesn't drag on.

I've been asked if it is still safe to have $ at 5 Dimes?

"Tony" was the face of the business. However the backers of the group have deep pockets to my knowledge. There should be no problems in getting paid.

If you are worried, then ease your fears and cash out. I don't have inside information to their daily activities but I can assure you they are moving forward and have been as business as usual.

If you recall a few years back, I did put red flags in regards to the situation with the Amazon Gift Card fiasco and the DOJ involvement. I did suggest you cash out back then as there was blow back and it was uncertain of what was going to take place.

At that point, I took down all banners for 5 Dimes and stopped recommending them. That was and still is a safeguard for the members and readers of the forum.

You do what you feel is right for you and your money. You will get paid as has everyone else before. This is a totally different scenario but at the same time will likely shine some light on them if and when an investigation comes forth.

At this time, I still side with not having money there and that hasn't changed since the Amazon Gift Certificate issues.

5Dimes turned into my favourite book because of great pawlay odds and variety. That is where the rooster originated. Biggest win was Trump 2016. Should have been a walkoff. RIP Tony.

If you have $ still at 5 Dimes, I am suggesting you cash out. There has been a run on the bank and so far all have been paid rather quickly.

Just a feeling this may not end up well. Just my own thoughts but I would proceed with caution instead of business as usual.

Rumors and conspiracy theories are everywhere since a body for "Tony" hasn't been presented to the morgue.

Appears there might be a US inquiry into the disappearance.

When you thought it couldn't get any more weird, here we go.

Hopefully Tony is still alive. I want him to know I took his book for a million dollars! I'm available for a LIVE chat, Tony. You can use your new witness protection pseudonym.

Just as an update

5 Dimes is fine to play it. No issues there.

As for "Tony"

It was reported back in March that his body was found and arrests were made in a few different countries.

The CR government refuses to confirm the body as "Tony"

Sad story all around.

DIARIO EXTRA obtained the photograph that the assassins sent as evidence to the person who hired them.

A group of assassins recorded the macabre moment when they buried the body of the American businessman William Sean Creighton Kopko, who was buried in a farm located on Yerba Buena street, very close to the toll on Route 32, where they would have made a pit .

Confidential sources mentioned to DIARIO EXTRA that the recording is proof that the mortal entrustment was executed to the letter and the assassins sent it to their bosses to consider the agreement fulfilled.

The burial was late at night on an undetermined day, the gravediggers needed a lamp and a pick to dig the pit in the middle of a thicket; as for the corpse it appears covered with what appears to be a black sheet.

According to El Periódico de Más Venta in Costa Rica, the group that kidnapped him, whose members were captured and discounted in pretrial detention, only what he intended was to take money, but it seems that Tony recognized one of his captors.

However, it is not ruled out that he is a former employee of his, who worked for several years in the betting house located in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, where the victim left on Monday September 24, when they saw him for the last time riding alone in your Porsche Cayenne Turbo vehicle to your home.

2 CRIMINAL GROUPS
It is not ruled out that the group of assassins who kept the businessman sitting for several minutes in a chair, while they thought what they were doing with him, was from Puntarenas. In the end, they decided to put a plastic bag on his head until he died of suffocation.

Agents of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) conducted an inspection on the farm where the gringo is believed to be buried, but after several hours of digging and combing the area with a dog specialized in human remains, they could not find the remains, However, the case remains under investigation.

The day of the "lift", Tony was carrying a laptop and a cell phone that the criminals stole and pledged, however the police managed to recover them days later, also analyzed for information, but so far nothing has allowed to locate it.

DIARIO EXTRA learned that a group of private investigators handled the version that the money deposited for the rescue of Tony, who also owns several betting houses, would have received Cuban citizens living on the island and that some of the "masterminds" "They left the country.

Ab an unfortunate update:

American bookie William Sean ‘5Dimes Tony’ Creighton has been found dead in Costa Rica nearly a year after he was kidnapped. He was 43.

Creighton’s remains were discovered in a cemetery, buried in an unmarked grave in Quepos, The Costa Rica Star reported.

His cause of death is not known at this time.

The U.S. State Department confirmed Creighton’s death in a statement to ESPN and casino.org saying, “We can confirm Costa Rican authorities identified the remains of a U.S. citizen in Costa Rica.”

“We offer our sincerest condolences to the family on their loss. We are closely monitoring local authorities’ investigation into the cause of death. We stand ready to provide all appropriate consular assistance. Out of respect to the family during this difficult time, we have no further comment.”

Creighton, who founded 5Dimes a casino that offers players a “unique online gaming experience with sport betting,” in 1999 is believed to have been abducted on Sept. 24, 2018, according to ABC News and The Costa Rica Star.

5Dimes did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

At around 10 p.m. on the day of Creighton’s disappearance, he left work without a bodyguard and got into his Porsche Cayenne Turbo to drive home, according to the outlets.

While driving through the neighborhood of Granadilla de Curridabat, two men wearing Costa Rican traffic officer uniforms pulled him over.

As they approached his vehicle, four men in a gray pickup truck then arrived on the scene and abducted Creighton, according to police.

The next morning, Creighton’s family received an alarming call, demanding a $5 million ransom, according to Costa Rica’s Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ)

OIJ revealed a $1 million ransom was paid, however, it was too late as Creighton never made it back to his family.

The cemetery is located three hours away from where he was abducted, The Costa Rica Star reported.

In January, authorities arrested 12 people believed to have been involved in Creighton’s disappearance, OIJ revealed in a statement obtained by ESPN.

A man named Jordan Morales has been named as the mastermind behind the abduction as well as Morales’ mother Guiselle Vega Aguirre and her friend Maria Fernanda Solis Chaves.

The three suspects were extradited from Spain to Costa Rica in April and are currently awaiting trial, according to OIJ.

It is not immediately clear if the suspects will face additional charges following news of Creighton’s death.
