Week 1 Sunday comes to a wacky ending and saw 22 winners and 24 losers.

No eliminations possible until week 3.

On to week 2 we go..........

Wacky finishes for certain, Bills and Vikings!!! Geez

Week 2

8 entries start the contest at 2-0
24 entries have 1 loss
14 entries have 2 losses and are on the brink of elimination already.

PIT, AZ, MIA and DEN did most players in and some whacky finishes in AZ and IND really changed up the results.

Now with eliminations in the picture, the contest takes a much more serious tone. No one has ever won the contest losing the first two weeks. Could we have history?

Week 3 saw some wild and unbelievable finishes and it wreaked havoc on Three And Out!

3 entries have a clean sheet with 0 losses
17 entries have 1 loss
18 entries have 2 losses
8 entries were eliminated with three losses

We had 1 player not submit a selection and received a loss.
We had 1 player send in the Monday night game and received a loss.

After three weeks the players are 61-75 for 44.85%

38 remain with more eliminations on the horizon.

For those interested players that went 0-2 after two weeks six of them stayed alive and can still make Three and Out History!

Week 4

Another week in the book and the dynamics of the contest are changing swiftly.

The breakdown is as follows:

1 Loss -14
2 Losses -14
Eliminated -9
Overall Eliminated 17
Remain 29

Weekly Record 22-15 the best of the season to date.

Atlanta with 5 selections, Detroit and LA Rams with 4 selections helped keep the sheet free of a loss.

5 LA Chargers, 4 Minnesota 2 GB brought contestants losses.

To see 9 eliminated with only 15 losses for the week is quite a bit.

Luffy the leader with 0 at this point.

4 players chasing Three and Out history that are still alive after 2 opening losses.

Week 5 is usually a make or break week for many players, either they keep their dreams alive with 1 or 2 losses or they get eliminated or face the abyss. Luffy is in a great position at this point.

Week 5

We no longer have an unbeaten and we have eight with one loss and fourteen with two losses.

We said goodbye to seven more including yours truly. I think I may have set history by losing with the same team three times in only 5 weeks.

Under half of the entries remain with 22 and 24 have been eliminated. It's up for grabs, it's just a matter of walking through the minefield known as the NFL.

Big Cheese is the only entrant that started the season with two losses and is still alive.

Week 6

27% of the remaining contestants were eliminated this week.

This is getting down to the nitty gritty as 75% are sitting on elimination............. The leaders have at least 2 weeks left, while the others are playing with their contest lives at stake.

The field is shrinking and we have the final 13........

If this was a poker tournament we'd be down to the final table of 9.

The rubber is going to meet the road in week 9 which seems to have been a pivotal week in contests past.

Halloween weekend, will it be tricks or treats?

Week 9

In a word - Carnage............

Halloween weekend was tricks for more than half the field.

5 of the final 9 were eliminated and now we are down to the Final 4.

Great Scott, Jpearl, Luffy and Lusky sit with 2 losses.

Jpearl has won 2 in a row and Luffy 3 in a row to stave off elimination. Lusky picked up his second loss as NE won but failed to cover.

This could be over as early as next week.

We shall see where this goes from here. GL to the final 4.

Week 10

We are now down to the final three.

Nothing of excitement to report, all games were comfortably decided with absolutely zero sweats based on the final scores.

Let's see what happens as we move forward to week 11.

Week 11

Down to the final 2, Luskin and Luffy.............

Jpearl was exited off the stage by the dreaded hook................

Will they chop or play on?

If week 12 lines are posted on Wednesday then they are playing on, if not, then they chopped........
