England to Advance. I’ll keep it simple. England is better. They have looked better than Argentina, they have more talent than Argentina, and I expect them to get a comfortable win today. Argentina has gotten very fortunate to even get to this point and their time to exit the tournament is coming today as they are facing a bit step up in class.

I’ll side with England here. Both teams have had their defensive struggles imo but I feel more confident in this England attack more so than argentinas.
Argentina looked very lazy on defense last game vs Swiss and got bailed out by a red card.

Everyone keeps on talking about “ hand of God goal” but most of the English players were not even born then. Neither side has played well and Argentina has been the luckiest side. I think with Kane and Bellingham as well as Alvarez and Messi, there is enough power to score a goal on each side. Good luck.

There is very little to split these teams going into the semifinal, but England have more depth, and that could make all the difference here. The last time Argentina were odds-against to win, just as they are here, was against Ecuador in September 2025. They were beaten 1-0 on that occasion.
