Gamecocks ML

I can't believe how close the markets are saying this game is going to be. Gamecocks should be favored. Sellers has played better and better as the year has progressed and has looked like the best QB in the SEC at times. Clemson just allowed 250 rushing yards to the damn Citidal last week. The Citidal! Rocket Sanders should have a field day. Looks like the gamecocks will get Josh Simon back, who has been Sellers' favorite target as well. Even in his absence, Sellers is good at spreading the ball around so there isn't just one receiving threat Clemson has to worry about taking away. We all know about the Gamecocks defense. I don't see Clemson having any success in the air. The Gamecocks run defense is their biggest liability, which can be nullified if they get out to a big lead, which has been their MO. All in all I can see the gamecocks winning by multiple possessions. I'm throwing a bunch on this game.

TXAM (+5). There is no great team this year. The SEC as a whole is over rated. Texas has no quality wins and lost at home to an above average GA team. TX AM does not have any big wins either. That said, it has been 13 years since these two last met and TX has had the bragging rights all this time. TX has struggled this year on the road against mobile quarterbacks (ARK and VANDY). The 12th man crowd will be the loudest any of these TX players have ever played in. Ewers not 100%. TX may win but 5 just seems like too many points. Gig Em.

Also just because a team is better really isn’t a reason for picking a team. Aren’t all favorites supposedly better?
