I may not post picks on bad weather days but if I do they of course count .. The winter meet all races will be run on the tapeta track .. usually they will be up at minimum 2-3 hours before post time of that particular race only exception to belmont only will be if I like an out of town stakes race .. will make picks for breeders cup races i like next week
