Tampa play to have the first power play in the game -110 (Olympic)<p>The numbers tell the story. Tampa has been on the power play 119 and short 82 times (+37).
Detroit has been on PP 69 times and short 102 times (-33). Tampa will very likely be on the power play more often, assuming it's a 50-50 chance on whether they'll be first our not it looks like Tampa has about 40% chance of getting the first PP.
