PHI +.5 o NYI -1.3<p>Looking for value again and I think I found it. Comparing road to home records between phi and ny.<p>11-12 vs. 15-6 or a 61% chance for a phi. win or tie. At -1.3 I like those odds.<p>Looking back neither team has played much of anyone of value, and I can't honestly say that the Isles are surging, a weak schedule overates a team.<p>GLA
