I visited Bay Meadows the last 2 weekends since it is not known if the track will be demolished near the end of the year for commercial development. My visit brought back great memories of 20,000 plus crowds in the 1980's and I thought I should try and get involved again as much as possible on the Northern and Southern California circuits.
In the 7th featured today at Oaktree, I would go 1 unit to win and 2 units to place on Tizfiz who is 4/1 on the m/l. Mandella does well in this spot and the horse is bred to route.
If scratched, Model at 3/1 looks pretty good. This race is tougher than usual and I will grade it only as an action play.
