Warning - I am playing a hunch here
Almost everything points to St Louis on this one. Wash is 0-7-1 vs the Blues in the last 8 gamre they played. Its been almost 6 years since they beat them. Jagr has been slumping again. So no stats or history to base this on, just a hunch.

NHL Away teams goals +2 over Home Teams. -1.15
Superior home teams look to me like being close game type teams. NYR/CAR, BUF/CAL, CLB/NAS
and a few mismatches for the road side:
COL/EDM, DET/PIT and OTT/SJ. Not sure which or how many of these hit, but there are more superior road to inferior home teams, and this should make this a eather easy pick-up.
