Here is what we do in my neck of the woods...

So we have a few friends over at my house and we take the prop bets above and print out copies for everyone at the house.
Then we take turns picking our favorite prop bets (similar to a draft scenario). Afterwards, we bet $1 to $5 on each prop bet and someone else will oppose the person's picks. We take a bunch of post it notes, write the bet on it and the persons names that have each side of that pick. We then take a tack board, and stick the money on the board along with the post it note. We watch the game and take our money off the board as each of use wins our different bets. Its lots of fun with a case of beer and a fistful of ones..
An example might be, Say I take the Steelers to win the coin toss and my buddy takes the Cards. Well the money is tacked to the board along with the post it note on the board with our names and as soon as the coin toss is finsished the winner grabs their money and we move along to the next bet, and so on..

YES (-115)I think Arz will score quick and even have the lead at the end of the 1st Q.

3) TOTAL TOUCHDOWNS SCORED IN THE GAME
OVER 5.5 (+120)I think this game goes over the total as Arz pushes the tempo and the Steelers make a 3rd/4th Q comeback to win outright, but not cover.

4) LARGEST LEAD OF THE GAME
UNDER 14.5 (+100)

5) CARDINALS - WILL THEY EVER HAVE THE LEAD VS THE STEELERS?
YES (-220)My Favorite bet.
