Chicago vs. Miami, and I am getting +1.7? I know Chicago stinks, so do the heat. Expect a low scoring game, with any of these teams being able to come out on top.
I have Chicago winning this one maybe ~42% of the time, so at +1.7 there is some value here.

I am going with W.VA +6' over Notre Dame.
I truly believe that WVA early schedule will help them with this game. While ND took on whipping boys, WVA went out and played some competition.
First conference game for both, and one I see close, and wouldn't be surpised if WVA doesn't win this SU.
