PHO is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings.
Memphis is playing well right now and has revenge on their minds as well as moving up in the playoff race. Last year a week ago Phoenix came into Memphis and won outright. But, don't count on that happening again in Memphis's House. Memphis is way better than they were a year ago. and Phoenix has all but given up.
