1. Alabama -- #1 with a bullet. Florida was no match and all those touts saying take Florida. Yes take them and skin em. It will be interesting to see how Alabama fares in South Carolina next Saturday. Spurrier having an extra week to prepare and at home. Game might be a lot like the Arkansas game.
2. Ohio State -- They didn't come to play at Illinois on Saturday they did what they needed to do to win and that's it. They have Indiana next at home and we should likely see a different performance. If not there will be talk of moving them down in the polls which isn't necessary.
3. Oregon -- Fell behind early to Stanford 21-3 and never blinked. They rolled in the second half and they are a dangerous team to run the table. I think they put 60+ on Washington St this coming Saturday.
4. Boise St -- Workman like effort in easy 59-0 rout of NM St. They smash Toledo on Saturday.
5. TCU -- Lackluster effort in win over Colorado St but like Ohio St they did what they needed to do. They smash Wyoming this coming Saturday.
No changes in top 5 this week, likely won't be any next week either. I still maintain these teams run the gauntlet and screw up the BCS for good. I pray it happens.
