I expect another good effort at home tonight as the Owls qualify in a 98-42-2 ATS home revenge situation tonight and that angle is 42-10-1 ATS when applying to home underdogs of 3 points or more, including 5-1 so far this year (2-0 on Saturday with Vanderbilt and UTEP). Rice also qualifies in a 52-16-1 ATS home dog humiliation revenge angle at +5 points or more based on their 24 point loss to the Hurricanes in the first meeting. My current ratings favor Tulsa by 6 ½ points and my home-road ratings favor Tulsa by 5 ½ points, so the line is fair and the situation is good. I’ll take the Owls to get their revenge for their 24 point loss at Tulsa. Upgrade Rice to a 3-Star Best Bet if they are an underdog of 7 points or more.<P>Not my words but I'll take Rice and the points.<BR>
