This series should be a bit different than last year because the Cavs for the most part are at full strength. Last year no Irving or Love.
On the flip side, the Warriors appear to be hungrier than last year and anything short of the title will be a disappointment even with the 73 wins and the comeback from down 3-1 against the Thunder.
Your series price on the Cavs at +170 is pretty low. Seeing a 50 cent price gauge is brutal.

Personally I would ditch that book and get one that offers better odds and doesn't gauge that much juice.
As for your question, yes they can win, but I don't think I would put your money on it. It's Warriors or nothing.
