freak<p>long time member here, just don't post often as i am more a lurker than anything. i want to thank you for the website and all the information you provide, it is most helpful.<p>i dont want this to come off sounding like nonsense but just some thoughts i have and observations.<p>you run a great site, why isn't it busier? look at some of the topics, they havent been posted to in months. <p>why do you start all the topics? looking through the forum 99% of the topics are started by you. what would happen if you stopped posting the topics?<p>i look at your contests, and think wow, that is great, i should join in, but i don't because i am not active in the forum, i feel i would be ripping you off for trying to win contests without offering any value to this site. <p>i am amazed at the number of new people in the contests and the number of people in the contests. i think you have done well here, but where this forum has failed is to have those people post in the topics and take part daily.<p>perhaps you should institute where people have to have so many posts to enter, maybe like 500 to a 1000 this way, your loyal posters would win, rather than some leech that is trying to get something from nothing not only here but every other forum.<p>please dont think i am ripping you, you deserve much better than what these people are giving you. i know when i see passion, i know when i see dedication, you certainly have it. i commend you for it. however you are being used in my eyes, and i hate to see it happen.<p>i am going to open a different topic to the posters of this website and question them. i hope you don't mind. <p>keep up the good work, and i hope your efforts pay off some day for you, because right now, they dont look like it.<p>an outside view looking in
