The Hawks don’t really have the size to compete with William & Mary on the inside. Nathan Knight is averaging a double-double for the season and he should be able to get whatever he wants in this one. The Tribe comes in ranked among the most efficient shooting teams in the nation and Saint Joe’s has allowed opposing teams to shoot a blistering 41.1 percent from deep for the season. That should bode well for William & Mary’s chances of covering the spread on the road in Philadelphia on Thursday.

I will take Quinnipiac as the road dog in this matchup, as Fairfield's offense has been terrible all season long. Although their defense has played virtually well, I like Quinnipiac to knock enough of their famous 3-pointers to catch the cover and win this game outright.

I will take Kansas in this spot, due to the fact that they have been unstoppable as of late, covering many games in that span. Kansas State will certainly show up for this game, as revenge will be on the minds of many. That also can get to the minds of young athletes, and their talent has not been prevalent enough for me to take them in a home dog spot here. Kansas Jayhawks -11.5 for me.

The Rams are placed 48th in the country in Ken Pomeroy’s college basketball ratings and are a dazzling 12-1 on their home floor. Rhode Island is scoring an average of 74.7 points, ranking them 88th in DI. They are allowing an average of 68.4 points, positioning them 150th overall. Furthermore, the Rams defense should be able to neutralize an inconsistent Billikens offense. Saint Louis has only scored 65 and 63 points respectively in their last two road clashes.

With the way Duke has been playing it would be really difficult for me to lay 13 whole points with them, even at home. On top of that, you have an NC State team that is literally the "last team in" according to Joe Lunardi. I have to take NC State in this spot, as it can not afford to be blown out in this game. A win for them on the road would lock them a spot in the NCAA Tournament. I believe it will keep the game competitive at least.

Richmond has put together a terrific season as they blew past last season’s win total quite a while ago. The Spiders are 22-7 overall and 12-4 in conference play, putting them tied for second in the Atlantic 10. They have played some tough competition to this point in the season. Richmond beat Wisconsin on a neutral floor along with road wins over Rhode Island and Davidson. The Spiders don’t have any major losses on the books so far this year as they were beaten by Auburn on a neutral floor, Alabama on the road and Saint Louis at home. Richmond’s worst loss was a neutral floor defeat to Radford, which isn’t a terrible defeat. Richmond has won seven of their last eight coming into this contest.
