Buffalo +2.5 over New Orleans<P>New Orleans is the consensus #1 pick at the Hilton Contest which has been a curse, so I'll take the home dog. Saints benefited from a weak schedule last year as they were just 2-6 straight up and 2-6 ATS against teams .500 or better. Bills averaged a solid 344 total yards of offense last year, while allowing just 277 yards per game.

jacksonville - 3 over pittsburgh.............i have not seen one prediction for the jags today, eveybody is on the steelers. people act like jacksonville sucks or something, or cordell stewart is a good qb. give me a break. jags by at least 10.

Wiley5, the number 1 pick at the hilton hasn't been a curse.... and there is a reason its the number 1 pick, it's a pretty solid bet. Sure, bet on the Bill's but what are you betting on, Rob Johnson would have to have some sort of career day, since Buffalo has no running game. I'll gamble on NO's front four making his opening day miserable. NO should roll in this one.

MY POD is Oakland -3 over KC<P>Oakland has won the last 2 at arrowhead, and although KC has owned the series the last 5-8 years, Oakland is a team that is well coached, has discipline, and is not the Oakland teams of old.<P>With the coaching change, QB change and a weaker KC defense, I look for Oakland to use ball control and a few deep strikes that will stun KC and the crowd of red.<P>Look for Oakland to beat the Chiefs<P>I see it around a 7-14 point win for the Silver and Black today.<P>
