phillies -140 over florida..........phillies had a minor setback last night losing to the braves, but they can feel it now, being in a pennant race. they have omar daal throwing at home vs florida. i am a little shocked this line is as low as it is. phillies should win this game. these kind of games you cannot lose when you are trying to win a division. take the phillies.

Giants -130<P>SF is a quality team that can beat anyone in baseball when they're playing well. Giants are 2 games out of first, so they should have their full attention on winning this game tonight. Jason Schmidt is 5-1 with the Giants and they have beaten the Pods 9 out of 12 this year.

Seattle +115 over Oakland<P>I like the Mariners for the same reason everyone likes the A's<P>Personally I think Seattle wants to win this first game badly. As I stated in the Consensus area, the team that wins tonight's game will win the series.<P>Abbott has pitched a bit better than Lidle, and let's see how Lidle does in this situation. It should be a good series to watch and bet, as you probably won't see these two as dogs or low favorites the rest of the year.
