Pete Carrol is doing a fine job but will take another season or two to get the program back on track. Carson Palmer is really struggling with the new system and is either a late bloomer or seriously overrated.<P>Look for the Trojans to get beat by at least a touchdown today.<P>WASHINGTON -6 <P>
