Easy winner!<p>Nothing jumping out so far tonight for me. Maybe Houston again or maybe Utah. Need to start doing some research. Was busy playing Black Jack over at Sportbet. Won $280. hey PP, I'm here! After I got beaned in the head sunday with an Oh-four I took the short card and the yesterday off.<p>Today I'm taking the wizzards -1. Think the wrong team is favored, so that plays right into my contrairian attitude. Also the Wiz had a horible road trip (0-3 SU & ATS) they also happen to be 2-11 ATS on the season so now would be a good time to ride Michael & Co. (IMHO). Books tend to ajust the number. Indy is 10-2 SU this season and soon to be 10-3! I think the wizz & Mike go off tonight. We'll see.<p>Also taking the Cavs. +10 Cavs. were pretty good to me last year, I hyped the shit out of them and predicted them to be the best cover team in the NBA, to which they just about acomplished that feat (think Sac. took the honor tho, damm long term on the blink) <p>Cavs. are good enough to run w/Sac. it's a matter of the tree dropping. Tyrone Hill is expected to play tonight for the cavs. (I love Ty. he was great in PHily, whish they never traded him).
Basically I'm expecting the cavs. to keep plugging away in this one. Now that everyone hate them, I still will take'm.<p>Last but not least, I think the clipps are due (now ain't that scary) and I'm gonna buck the Jazz recent success and ride another favorite.<p>1 dog, 2 favorites.....

PS, PP nice call on houston! The big man is turning some heads. Hard to believe with all the contraversy surrounding the Blazers tonight cappers are still liking them. I agree with the POD poster who's on Houston tonight but I'm sticking with my tree....

San Antonio -10
Houston +6.5
Utah +2<p>I really think this Miami team is pathetic. Lakers are looking to make statement games to reclaim the fear most teams have in playing them. I look for Shaq to have a big night with nobody in the middle to stop him. Lakers by 20.<p>It took me a while to decide on taking San Antonio. Denver has had two straight wins on buzzer beaters and probably will play inspired ball. I am looking for it to be somewhat close at half and San Antonio to pull away in the 3rd quarter. San Antonio by 18.<p>Portland has the turmoil thing going off the court. If Yao Ming can stay out of foul trouble I think Houston wins straight up. Either way, this game stays close. Houston on a buzzer beater.<p>Utah is red hot. It is no longer just a Malone/Stockton show. They have Harpring and Kirilenko who are two 20 pt plus potential scorers. The Clippers are struggling right now. Maybe they get it back on track tonight but I'd rather bet the streak continues rather than on it ending.<p>Good luck on the games!
