Tuesday October 16th NCAA Football action.<P>So Miss @ Louisville - UNDER 46 (The Big Book). These 2 Conference USA teams won't score more than the mid 30's tonight.<P>My best bet of the day. Go with it folks. You won't break a sweat with this pick.

best bets (9-11)<BR>strong plays (9-10)<BR>regular plays (12-8)<BR>opinions (13-10)<BR>overall (43-39)<P>ok, it is time to start picking some winners. this season has been a disappointment for me so far. i am usually better than this in the colleges.......<P>louisville -3.5 over s mississippi (strong play).....i like louisville's quarterback, he can put points on the board. that plus the home field should prove to be the difference here.<P>over 45.5 (best bet)....this one looks easy to me. these two have a history of high scoring games and i don't see any reason why this will be different.<BR>

Picks for Saturday, October 19.<P>Top play<BR>VIRGINIA +12.5 Florida State ... Florida State is making too many mistakes to be a consistent winner and, even though the 'Noles can't really afford to, they're likely looking to next week's date with league-leader Maryland, perhaps taking the Cavs, who traditionally play FSU tough, lightly.<P>Others<BR>BOSTON COLLEGE -10 Pittsburgh ... Walt Harris' Pitt team is one I thought could make some noise in the Big East when the season began. Lately, they seem to just be mailing it in. BC's running attack will control the ball and the Eagles win easily.<P>IOWA STATE -8 Oklahoma State ... The Cylcones aren't that bad. The Cowboys may be wishing they had Bob Simmons back as HC.<P>Lsu -2 MISSISSIPPI STATE ... For an explanation of State's season, see Pitt above and substitute "Jackie Sherrill" for "Walt Harris" and "SEC" for "Big East." Losing at Troy State? Well, Troy State's better than a lot of people might think, but still ... <P>WASHINGTON -14.5 Arizona ... The apex of John Mackovic's career was the fourth-and-inches pass against Nebraska in the Big 12 Championship a few years back. I bet he wishes he was back in the studio. More beatings like the one you'll likely take Saturday, John, and you may be there before you think. <BR>

Wow where is everyone ???<P>Well my 13 pt teaser special went 3-1 last week but 1 loser is a loser overall due to Fla St and the great game they played.<P>This week:<P>BC +1 over Pitt<P>Can you say blowout city....<P>USC +12 over Notre Dame<P>Will Notre Dame even score 12 points ???<P>TN +11 1/2 over Alabama<P>Should be tight, points will be a premium<P>VA +26 over Fla St<P>They have to be hurting, and after last week, I think we could field 10 guys and beat em !!!

I just have to add these plays in, to me they seem so easy......<P>Oregon - 21' over Vandy<P>and<P>TN -3 over Notre Dame<P>I love these fantasy match ups.......<P>Oregon should score 50 today, can't see vandy scoring much against South Carolina<P>And <P>TN will outscore that pathetic Notre Dame O
