even though a losing record, this is good for me in the nfl. i always suck in the nfl and make my money in colleges. this year i am taking a beating in college football and not doing as bad in the nfl. making all my picks early again this week.


pittsburgh +3 over new england (BEST BET).............lets be realistic. the pats streak IS going to end sooner or later. this is the week. i hate the steelers with a passion, but i have to admit i think they are going to be good for a long time with this new rookie qb. steelers always tough at home and they will be sky high for this one. i would not even consider this an upset if the steelers win this game.

buffalo -3 over arizona (TOP PLAY)............got some value with arizonas upset of seattle last week. arizona is still arizona! buffalo is a bad team as well, but they are at home and should win this game. how could you take arizona getting only three on the road? i don't care who they are playing.

minnesota -7 over giants (TOP PLAY)..............unless the giants bore the vikings to death, this should be an easy win. could be close for a while, but vikes by at least 14 in the end.

san diego -5.5 over oakland (REGULAR PLAY)........guess san diego is better than i gave them credit for. guess oakland is not as good as i gave them credit for.

over 57.5 colts/kc (REGULAR PLAY)...........usually don't play totals but this one stands out to me. chiefs finally have their high powered offense in gear and you know the colts are going to score points. this could hit 70.

Who else has some thoughts?

decisions decisions! Should I try to ride the hot teams or is this the week to fade them? Do I even dare to lay the points with any team in the NFL? Which dogs should I take? They all look so ugly on Saturday and so good on Monday morning. Who will the wise guys be taking? Is the Hilton consensus any better than throwing darts? Do any of these touts have a clue? Does any coach in the NFL ever tell the truth about an injured player? Is any team ever as good or bad as it looked the week before? Did I lock my keys in the car? (Oops, sorry). Where is my dartboard anyway? What are the pot odds with an ace high flush draw? Does Funnycide have another big race left in him?
