Hi Everyone! First post here. The Freak has been kind enough to allow me to share my new statistical based system called the "Black Box".

It has been very good since week #4 this year...with only one losing week in week #8 for a small drawdown. Of course there are no guarantees going forward. Please read my disclaimer below. Good luck! Comments are welcome!

Against the Spread Picks:

Method A – 37-13-0: 74% since week 4.

Steelers -10.5 Redskins
Bengals -6 Browns
Seahawks -5 Bills
Texans +1.5 Titans
Bears +3.5 Cowboys
Panthers +2.5 Bucs

Method B – 6-3-0: 67% since week 4 when stripped of Method A picks.

Lions +9.5 Colts

Method C – 10-5-2: 67% since week 4 when stripped of Method A picks.

Eagles -7 Giants
Jets -3 Cards

MoneyLine Picks:

Method A – 13-4-0: 76.5% since week 4

Bears +160 Cowboys
Panthers +125 Bucs
Texans ML OFF Titans (if ML gets posted, it is a ML play)

Method B – 6-3-0: 67% since week 4 when stripped of Method A picks.

Lions +340 Colts

Method C – Does not produce moneyline picks, it is a favorite only method.

*DISCLAIMER:
I make no guarantees. I accept no liability for their use. In fact I consider this as strictly for entertainment purposes only! All Wagers, reference to money, online sports books, odds and spreads are considered to be for illustrative purposes only. Here is an explanation of the "Black Box" that I hope will answer some questions that people may have.

The references to "we" would be a friend of mine who does most if not all of the number crunching and actual calculations. This is a lot of work!

We enjoy sharing and hope to learn from others by doing so.WE DO NOT HAVE A PAY SITE OR SERVICE!
We do post in various forums to share the picks and have time and date stamps to verify our history.

There are three separate methods that are considered core systems. Then we have four or five others that we track. We track all systems, even core systems B and C in relation to core system A. By this I mean we track both totals and stripped from our core system A. For Example:

Core System (Method A):
Packers - won
Rams - lost
Eagles - won

Other System (Method C):
Rams - lost
Eagles - won
Jets - won

Core system record 2-1
Other system record 2-1
Other system stripped of core picks record 1-0

Overtime these numbers become important because if the core system is picking out all the winners and the other system is just adding a bunch of losers, the other system is worthless. However, if the other system, when stripped of the core picks is still doing well, it makes sense to continue to bet the other system.

I hope that clarifies our process. Enjoy!

Can you elaborate in the amount of units the systems have won?

Are they of equal value?

When you say stripped of system A, what exactly are you referring to?

What happened the first three weeks?

Thanks for the input, and welcome aboard.

By the way, the disclaimer is not valid here, it's ok to post this info !!

Thanks for the welcome Freak.na. We intend to find out. We urge caution because there is very little history to go on...but so far so good.

Thanks again for allowing us to share.

I heard that there's a book titled like Danny Gold or something like that which has methods for winning while betting on sports. Just in case any of you guys are interested.

Depending on how you played this weeks picks its not a great week or a bad week. Small loss, small gain or break even.

Actually its still possible to have a pretty good week if one only played the spread bets.

Method A still looks solid with its spread picks and moneyline picks.

Method B I suspect will get a good hard look from SERocks and probably go back to watch status until we get a better idea of its performance over time.

All in all no harm done ,and if you stuck with just spread bets you may have pounded out a nice gain.

As usual I will wrap up this weeks picks later tonight or tomorrow with a post of this weeks record.
