how can i change avatar for my jpeg file?

Im trying but says "URL." I copied and pasted but doesnt recognize my file location (maybe because its not a website location but a private jpeg file?)
Its really funny and I want to post it, although the one the forum picked for me is pretty cool too (related to my poster name).

It would have to be on the web to get the url and they all don't work. I'm the one that loads up avatars for people based on the favorite team or if I can find something that goes with a user name like I did for you. A private jpeg is no good unfortunately because you're not uploading it.

If you don't like this one, I have another one I can use if it allows it.
