The best advice I can give you which is what I give to everyone. Do your own handicapping and use them as a guide. There's no magic formula who to follow or fade. People have tried for years and most are broke now trying it.
I don't listen to ESPN, FOX or any talking heads about games, they are just as bad. I have a topic that I keep track of GOW, GOM, GOY type plays some do well, some suck. But like I said trying to time them is hard.
Bet your games for the same amount and don't bet because it's on TV. Well these days almost every game is on TV but you know what I mean.
The best way to handicap is with your eyes. Watch games, get an idea of what a teams strength and weaknesses are and when teams match up, you'll have somewhat of an idea of a game plan. Never follow the public !!!!!!
That's about all you can really because there isn't anything magical out there. If there were, they wouldn't book the games or have sportsbooks.
