For the Braves Holmes (2-1, 3.79 ERA) makes his 5th start. He has a 1.24 WHIP. Reds counter with Williamson (0-0, 2.08 ERA) makes his 3rd start and owns a 0.77 WHIP. Good pitching against average offenses.

Nats/Mets u7.5

Lindor out. Teams 12th and 14th in batting. Even with mediocre pitchers this total is low.

Royals ML

Ragans on the mound who is great at home. Royals fighting to stay in the Wild Card spot and only 2.5 games out, expect them to win

Astros/Padres Under 7.5

With both teams heading to the post-season, they have to take every game serious. Each team does have a little cushion but not much. Houston has a 4-game lead over the Mariners for the division while SD has a 2.5 game lead for the top-wild card spot which would give them home-field advantage in the playoff game. Houston did see their lead slip by a game last night, so one bad series and they could start to feel the heat plus throw in the fact they have a series against Seattle coming up. Seattle is starting a home series against the Yankees but the Astros still must keep winning. Also, Houston definitely knows Seattle finishes the season with a 3-game series against Oakland, while they finish with a series against Central leading 87-64 Cleveland. As I said a few days ago, Houston is one of the best finishing teams in MLB since the rebuild was complete.
SD needs to keep their foot on the gas because they are just ahead of the Diamondbacks for the top wild card spot. And with AZ in a series against the Rockies, SD has to assume AZ will win the remaining 2 games. AZ has a tough schedule ahead so they absolutely need to win this series against the Rockies in any hope they can edge the top spot from SD when they play each other to finish the season. With the money SD has spent, missing the playoffs last year, and the season they are having, I can't imagine they will take any game lightly.
As for pitchers, King has familiarity with the Astros but holds a 3-1 record with a 2.61 against them. He is coming off a loss in his last start but it wasn't his fault as he had a very solid game and a few errors cost him a win. I would think that will motivate him and his team to make up for it. On the other side is Brown, who had a bad game his last time out and was pulled early. I see him no-nonsense and rebounding as he is having a pretty decent season. Prior to his last game, his previous 6 starts were excellent and didn't give up more than 2 runs. Look up his stats on the season and you'll see he doesn't string together 2 bad games.
With both teams in the playoff hunt, the managers are going to be extra cautious and won't hesitate to pull the starters if they think they're not on it. Lastly, throw in they are playing at one of the most pitcher friendly parks.

ATL (-145)...Atl has lost two in a row so need a win big time. Two inexperienced pitchers. Cincy first game after a 9 game road trip.
BOS (-130)...Bos on last gasp coming off losing 3 of 4 against NYY. Pitchers comparable with limited exposure to opponent. TB first game after a 9 game road trip and nothing to play for.
NYM (-1) ...NYM needs it. Parker (WAS) last two road games got crushed. Megil (NYM) has been good of late.
KC (-1) ...KC lost last night. Better pitcher. They won't lose back to back at home.
