Okay, this is crazy in mlb. With the double header, if either Mets or Braves win, they are in and Arizona is in, if they split, then they both are in and Arizona is out. I think the first team to win will rest all their relievers the second game. So I will bet against the winner of the 1st game. Sorry Arizona.

Braves game 1 with Schwelly. Guy has been dominant at home and Mets have to travel back in. Bad spot for them.

The Lions present a different challenge, because they are have a little more flare on offense than their previous opponents.The Lions have barely scratched the surface of their offense. Both teams are dealing with injuries, but it could be worse on the Seattle side, which causes problems at the line. The Lions are the better team. The Seahawks have played an easier schedule...

The Dolphins are a mess. If Levis can keep it from the Fins ( a big IF) then I think they can outduel them for at least a game. The Dolphins are just that much of an unknown...

Braves Game 1 moneyline: The ONLY good thing about Strider's season ending injury is the emergence of Schwelly. He's a dominant pitcher who gets tons of K's. He's already handled the Mets twice and I see them mainly focusing on game 2 as they know if the Braves win game 1, that a lot of the Braves will be sitting.

Both teams have to win a game today to get in to the playoffs. If either team loses both games, they are out. Needing a win I would expect each team to put their best lineup out there in game 1

If the Braves win game 1 they will lock up the #5 seed and you should expect them to rest many guys in game 2, including the scheduled starter, Sale.

If the Mets win game 1 they may rest players in game 2 but they would still have a little bit more to play for. If they win one game, they are the #6 seed. If they win both games they are the #5 seed. I still would expect the team that wins game 1 to rest guys either way in game 2

Schwellenbach has been good and at home with playoff hopes on the line. I think the Braves take game 1 and Mets take game 2
