I've been betting every over in this series. I think this elimination game brings a different element where both teams could be eliminated, unlike the last game. Darvish and Yamamoto are both good pitchers who can shut out the other teams. I'm hoping things slow down and nerves take a part in this game.

Maryland's Defense only weakness is against the run and Northwestern is 124th against the run.

UNLV/Utah State Over 67

UNLV just suffered it's first loss of the season and got bumped out of the rankings. And with the new QB, Williams, the Rebs might actually be a more explosive offensive team. In his starts they've scored 59 and 41 points.
Utah State is no slouch on offense either as they have several good players. Their new QB, Iowa transfer Petras, has thrown for 665 yards with 5 TDS and 1 INT in his 2 starts, to go along with a 63% completion rate. Their RB is very explosive and has went over 100 yards in his last three games. They also have a few good receivers in Royals and White.

Utah State is actually a lot better than their record shows. 3 of their loses were to ranked teams, Utah, USC, and Boise State. They do have revenge on UNLV and this is a big home game for them so I can see them scoring their fair share of points. And with UNLV on the bounce back, I like the over.

Over 66.5 UNLV/UTAH ST. UNLV scores an avg of 44.4 a game while Utah st gives up an avg of almost 42 pts a game. The way i see it is if UNLV can score somewhere in the high 40's to mid 50's and a few scores from Utah st it should go over. The last 4 games between these teams were pretty high scoring games.

Yamamoto has only 1win and six no decisions laterly. He will not last top long. Darvis has been pitching well.

They have the better pitcher going in Darvish. He beat them on Sunday I think it is easier for hitters to adjust so I don’t think Darvish shuts them down but I also believe Padres hit Yamamoto hard again.

San Diego Padres +132

Tale of 2 pitchers. Darvish is a veteran who has actually owned the Dodgers and was great in game 2. Yamamoto? Not so much, with only one win coming in his last few starts. Although he probably won't make it very far in this game, the Dodgers really don't have have anyone to follow him that has the Padres number. The Padres bounce back after a horrible Game 4 outing...

Utah St. +19 and 10.5 half Have feeling being from Logan will be ready to go against a close rival. Both quarterbacks are decent and 19 is a lot of points at Home.
