Vanderbilt +3. For all of Vanderbilt, success, they'd have to win this game to have a winning record. Georgia Tech is coming off the performance of a lifetime though they came up short versus Georgia. I believe Vanderbilt is a Moore battle tested and talented team. I would suspect their motivation is higher and you're getting point. Vanderbilt might be the best bowl pick this year.

Navy under 43.5 this game will go under the total all year long. They had to rely on their defense, cause the office wasn’t all that great so I think it would be the same for this game under 43 1/2.

OKLA (-1)...this line has moved too far. Yes, OU has several starters in portal including the QB but Hawkins (current back up) has started several games this year. The athletes on the OU side of the ball will still be better than Navy. I know it is usually money to take service academies in bowl games but they are usually getting points. I am not sure Navy has come down from their huge upset of Army in their last game. Venables is a defensive coach and he will have the team prepared.
