Look for the Oilers to bring their A game playing the defending champs.

Raiders +6. I think Atlanta is overvalued in this spot with how badly Cousins is playing. I don't trust ATL to win by a margin and Pierce seems to have this Raiders team playing hard despite the poor record.

There are holes in this one. Raiders schedule has actually been a gauntlet - everyone keeps saying they’re terrible.. and they aren’t good - I bet against them a bit this season - but wow. Broncos, Steelers, Rams, Chiefs, Bengals, Dolphins, Broncos, Chiefs, Bucs. That’s the hole in this one to me, they may actually have a little life in there… But, the good news is this isn’t the last winnable game of the year and they just shut down Max Crosby. They play Jax next week at home - granted, this is a primetime game so we’ll probably get a good effort. That said - there’s effort and then there’s capacity. Kirk Cousins’s career (dramatic or accurate?) is on the line in ways tonight and against a squad playing for top 5 draft positioning - this feels like a get right spot for him (like Rodgers vs the Jags yesterday). I like the Falcons to win this one and then finish the season reasonably strong to stay in that playoff picture against the Bucs (maybe down to the wire, week 18, also).

Vikings are 6-1 at home and the Bears are 0-6 on the road. Common for a young QB to do better at home. Where’s the hole here? The gaping one indicating that Vikings may be pretenders and the Bears are a spunky eliminated 4-9 and seem to keep playing division opponents tough. That said.. white out stadium - that place is going to be loud. This might be the most *fun* the Vikings fans have the rest of this season. A home win vs Chicago at 11-2? Sure they play the Pack week 18 - but we’re talking just drinking a brew and having fun.. this game would be less stressful as a fan.. especially if they come out slinging and have a lead throughout. Brian Flores’s defense, they are saying, isn’t as good in the second half of the year - let’s see! I can see them playing really well and flying to the ball tonight. The Bears occasionally have really anemic stretches on offense. Could see one of those nights.
