Byu and Cincinnati under 139.5 (-110 fandeul) bearcats play a very slow pace game at home and they are 4-18 to the under. Last time these 2 teams met the score was a combined 132 points where the game was under the total of 137. I expect bearcats to play slow and grind out a defensive win at home.
