Duke has only played two top 20 defenses this season (Kansas and Clemson) and is 0-2 straight up. Houston is 5-0 straight up against top 20 D’s (Kansas- twice, Tennessee, Iowa State, and WVU). KenPom has Duke as 2 point faves. 17 game win streak and playing in their home state.

Washington is on a 4 game slide and are currently trotting out the second worst bullpen in the majors. This puts extra pressure on Parker to pitch another gem like he did in his first start of the season. Arizona is coming of a series victory versus New York in Yankee stadium and I could see this momentum carry them to another win today to guarantee them another road series win.

Duke is more talented and obviously have the player of the year. This play is correlation play. The only way that Houston can stay in this game is to slow it down, there is no way that they can play fast pace with Duke. I put my money on the better coached team and look for a good game.
