Yes it'll be cold but Stafford has a little experience playing in the cold when he was with Detroit. In games playing in 32*F and under, he's 3-3. Not good, not bad, but he's also thrown for 1,500 yards with 15 TDs and 3 INTs in those games. Lastly the Bears defense is pretty bad and the Rams have the personnel to exploit them with strong receivers and a strong running game.

Over 26.5 Rams team total should be able to move the ball against the bears defense

Houston last week looked good against an overmatched Steelers offense. Today the Patriots can win by controlling the game. Their defense is built to confuse QBs, they’re disciplined against big plays, and they’re comfortable slowing things down with ball control. If New England wins the turnover battle and forces Houston to drive the field instead of hitting explosives which I expect then the Pats win.
