Phillies -1.5 (-120). Palmquist is only the opener and Littell should handle the bulk, so I’m not pretending Philly gets nine innings against a guy with a 7.31 ERA. Still, Washington has lost six straight, just moved Luis GarcĂa Jr., and its bullpen coughed up another late lead Monday, while Philly has won three in a row and now adds Arraez to the top of the lineup with Harper moving back to RF. Luzardo needs to bounce back from a rough outing, but at -120, I’d much rather lay the run and a half than pay -260 on the ML.
