The A’s have pretty much packed it in for the yr and tonites game doesn’t get much easier for them as Jack Perkins goes to the mound and the A’s are 1-11 when he starts as for KC it looks like Daniel Lynch will get the ball for the Royals and he is 2-1 with an ERA of 2.45 vs Oak so it looks like another win for the Royals over the slumping A’s

i’m intrigued by this line, the mets don’t have much of a future this season but, they are able to put up some good numbers from time to time and last few games seems to be one of those times, i like them as a small dog here, at-112 at home vs padres on east coast wrap up

Bal under 8.5 when these two teams play, it always seems to be tricky, but I like the under in this game. Vegas has a total at 8.5 but I see this being a picture duel take under 8.5.

I like San Diego to come back in game two with a win. They lost game one though they outhit the Mets 7-5 but had 3 runners thrown out at home. Robbie Ray makes his second start for the Padres. He only went 4 innings and have up 2 runs. He’s 10-7 with a 3.28 ERA. Padres have won 7 of their last 10 and right in the hunt for the post season.

Pittsburgh Pirates ML -145 - Ashcraft Must Start
Braxton Ashcraft is coming off a dominant complete game with 10 strikeouts and has the swing-and-miss ability to give Pittsburgh both a starting-pitching and workload advantage. The Pirates' offense has been producing lately, scoring eight against Boston and five against Detroit on Monday, while the Tigers are missing several offensive pieces. Montero has pitched well, but Pittsburgh should have the better chance to limit bullpen exposure and is in a much stronger pitching setup than it had in Monday's loss. I'll take the Pirates at -140. BOL!

Yankees -115...The Yankees have owned this series and have a winning road record. I also think the pitching matchup favors the Yanks as Baz has a 4.01 ERA and very few wins this year

The Mets are playing well this month and scoring runs in the process. They are going up against a pitcher really struggling. Ray last 2 starts for SD he's gone 9 innings giving up 9 hits and 6 earned runs. The way the Mets are playing I see them putting up a handful of runs tonight. Thornton been up and down each start , pitching well but also having some rough starts. I see him giving up a few to this SD lineup. With the help of the Mets offense I see this game going over the total
