I like LSU in this spot. Big SEC game early in and Lane Kiffin wants his team to prove they are legit National Title contenders. Biggest difference in this game will be LSU defense. They are one of the best defenses in the country and will hopefully show that today. Ole Miss struggled defensively week 1 against Louisville giving up 38 points. They were able to outscore them scoring 41. LSU gets anywhere near that game over ... take LSU , defense will be too much to overcome

Chicago Cubs ML -135 Listed Pitchers Must Start

I like Chicago here at a pretty reasonable price. The Cubs have been much better against left-handed pitching this year, while Nick Lodolo has struggled lately and Cincinnati had to use a decent amount of its bullpen yesterday. Chicago also has a lot more to play for with its Wild Card position, and I trust the Cubs more if this gets into the middle and late innings. Boyd is not a perfect matchup, but at -135 I think Chicago has enough advantages to be the play.

HOU (-125) Bounce back time for HOU after losing 1st game of series. Now tied for Div with TX. Overall, close pitching match up and both sides can hit the ball. Just think your getting value on HOU with this ML price.

Tailing Ben Burns on this one. Tigers at home against a dysfunctional North Carolina team. I like Dabo to rally the troops and take care of business.

I don't like how Joe Ryan has pitched since he came back from injury. For the two games he's been back he's only gone 4 innings in each game and given up 4 and 3 runs. On the other side Reid Detmers has been solid all season. With a 3.36 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP he's played well all season. He hasn't given up more than 3 runs since July 9th, with most games only giving up 1. I hope the Angels can give him some run support cause what they're doing to him is criminal.
