Clemson was very fortunate last week thanks to a very long weather delay. Otherwise they looked atrocious once again. There problems don’t seem fixable and now they have to travel cross country for a 10:30 night game at cal. No thank you

Northwestern +21. Indiana is the much better team but I think NW can control the possession and clock enough to keep this a low scoring game and within 3 TDs

Cubs have scored 6 runs in their last 3 games. Sox are worse yet scoring 5 runs in their last 5 games. Clay Holmes starts for the Cubs. He hasn’t been pitching great and but his ERA is 3.25. Sox will go with a bullpen game. Look for the lack of offense on a cold and windy day (wind blowing in).

Tempie is at home and had a close game against Toledo. A. Sheppard QB foe Temple has 297 passing yards and K. Mason RB has 283 Rushing yards

Indiana is 3-0 SU but 0-3 ATS this year, NW QB has been impressive so far with 4 passing and 3 rushing TDs in 2 games. Hopefully he can keep this within the numbers. Good luck

2 teams playing out the string but one pitcher way better right now than the other and that is Reid Detmers who has one of the lowest ERA since the All-Star break and Bryce Miller has just been a mess for some time now so just having a big advantage on the mound is enough for me so I am on the Angels

COL 1H (+190)/F (+208) Very basic handicap. CHW had an historic playoff clinching game last night after two straight 100 loss seasons. They partied on the road and the way home last night. Yes, they can still win the division but for today, COL is the play.

Twins vs Rangers
The Rangers have gone Over in five of their last six games, and this pitching matchup could make it six of seven. Jacob deGrom has been getting lit up on the road all season where he has a 5.35 ERA. Joe Ryan has been awful since the All-Star break, allowing 11 homers with a 7.62 ERA in six appearances. With both bullpens also struggling, I think we will see runs.Take Over 7.5

Houston -1.5 (+101)

The AL West could be won tonight depending on what the Rangers do. The Astros bring out Hunter Brown (3.25 ERA) who gets to go against a hapless A's team (3-7 L10). Also the A's are pitching Lopez who has looked horrendous at times a bosts a gaudy 5.68 ERA. The Astros obviously need this more so there is no reason to overthink it...

Clemson -2.5

Cal doesn’t impress me with their OL and they struggle to run the ball worse than Clemson, I really like JKS and this will be a good test for him as this will be the best Secondary he will face, Specials teams is also horrific for cal, Wouldn’t be surprised if Wesco or Johnson jr takes 1 to the house at some point. For Clemson they Played 1 good half of offense vs UNC and coming off a short week on the road with a freshman QB and I think they take that momentum into Cal, They figured out that right side of the OL with Ware/Wise, They went more tempo and opened up the playbook for tait hitting the middle of the field more. Overall Cal has more issues than Clemson at this point, and Clemson they have at least to seem to figure it out for now.

Toronto Blue Jays ML -145 Action

I like Toronto here with the better starting pitching matchup and home field. José Soriano has been much more reliable this year, while Nick Lodolo is carrying a 5.04 ERA and has had particular trouble against right-handed hitters, which Toronto should be able to take advantage of. Cincinnati has also struggled against right-handed pitching overall, and the Jays have been the better team recently. At -134, I think Soriano gives Toronto enough of an edge to back them at home.

Phillies -1.5 +125...The Phillies are still trying to make the playoffs and they have Sanchez tonight..He has a 2.92 ERA this year and it drops to around 2 at home..They face Peralta with a 4.56 ERA and should get the job done
