This game features strengths vs weaknesses. The explosive offense of the Lions vs the best defense in the league Vikings. Then the really bad offense of the Vikings vs the really bad defense of the Lions. The Lion's suck against the pass. But Kyler doesn't scare me. He has 3 TDs and 2 INTs on the season. How they're 6-0 is beyond me. Yeah they have the #1 ranked defense scoring wise giving up only 12.3 ppg but I think the Lion's offense will give them fits. Goff has been red hot this year. 14 TDs and no picks. And he has the luxury of running Gibbs. Lions are 3-0 at home also.

Chiefs & Patriots. Everyone is getting a lil high on the Dolphins with beating the Jets. They were 2-0 against them last year and then proceeded to lose their next game in both weeks. The Chiefs just got smacked around and I’ve maintained that I don’t think the Broncos are that good. A little overrated from the jump. That said teasing them together to a Chiefs +6.5 and Pats -1.5 I’m seeing around -132. I like them both ATS also.

Jets ML. Raiders have been exposed as of late and despite the hot start, I don’t think this is that serious of a team. On the other side, the jets have been playing better and now we got a motivated Geno Smith playing against the team that makes on from him in the offseason

Buffalo's defense has been horrid and there's only so much that Josh Allen can do single handedly to keep the Bills rolling. I think with Lamar Jackson back in the starting lineup for Baltimore, the Ravens are a different team and I expect this to be a close game decided by 3 points or less.

The Patriots are scoring 22.9 points per game (they haven't scored under 26 points since Week 3), while the Dolphins are allowing 26.2 points per game (the only team they've held under 24 points was the Vikings). I think that's a pretty simple formula that should lead to the Patriots being able to put up plenty of points, and adding in an extra-long week of recovery should have them looking fresh and fit. On the Bengals' side, they are scoring 27.2 points per game while the Titans are allowing 22.3 points per game (having opponents such as the Jets, Giants, Browns, and Colts helps keep this low). I believe the Bengals should be able to keep their high-scoring offense flying against a bottom-tier Titans team.

They are both pretty even in the rushing stats. But Minn has a big advantage on defense so something has to give right?? Both teams need around 23-24 pts each and around 12 pts each quarter to go over. After last weeks low scoring games from both team and this is a ( DIVISION GAME ) and the over has hit 7 of the last 10 times. i think we will see some points in this game.

Lions -3, I’m not gonna sit here and say the lions defence is great but holding Green Bay to 17 looks like a step forward coming out of the bye week for possibly the worst unit in the NFL so far this year and if that’s the case and they are becoming competent there’s no way in hell the Vikings offence can keep up scoring with the lions

The Chargers slide is over today, eh, maybe not a win but they'll cover and give the Rams a game. LAC's have been closer than their scores and record shows and two weeks to prepare will have them ready.

Chiefs -1. The team knows how to win games. Especially in their conference. This is their second road game in a row, which concerns me. Chiefs won in week one by 21 points I think they'll bounce back enough to at least win.

Detroit -3.5

I like this spot for Detroit. Detroit 3-0 at home and playing an undefeated Minnesota team. It's a good spot when you have a 2 loss team favored against an undefeated team. Minnesota is undefeated but all of their games with the exception of week 1 could have went either way. Detroit needs a win to stay in the hunt for the NFC central and I see them getting it here. Also 60% of public is on Minnesota with the line rising a point over the week which would put the smart money on Detroit. Take Detroit with a relatively easy winner today
