130 South Carolina -6
I have them winning by DD’s this week. Shane Beamer continues to impress me. Rattler is playing well, completing 71% of his passes. They gave #1 UGA fits last week. Miss State is coming off a blowout loss to LSU and hitting the road for the 1st time this year. Give me the Gamecocks to cover.

423/24 Ohio State/Notre Dame Over 54 4*
Ohio State finally allowed their offense to turn it lose last week as they put up 63 vs WKU. ND with Hartmann has been a very different team this year as they have put up 41 plus in all four games. This offense if far different than the team that lost 26-10 last year. The Over has cashed in 9 of the last 10 Notre Dame games. With them at home I will take the over 54 points.

350 Ball State +7 -120 3*
Georgia Southern beat up on 2 weak teams then travelled to Wisconsin and lost by 21 points. Ball State played Kentucky then UGA, so nothing expected in those 2 games, but then blew out a cupcake. I am looking at the QB’s in this one. Brin for Geo Southern has thrown 5 td’s vs 7 picks, not good. It looks like Semonza will start for Ball State as he had a pretty good game vs UGA. Taking the home points.

382 Vandy +14 3*
This one was tough for me to take as Vandy burns me but… UK is in their 1st road game and their 1St Power 5 game, laying 2 TD’s. Vandy beat them outright last year and are 4-1 ATS the last 5 years. Taking the 2 TD head start.

364 Utah State +7 -120 3*
JMU should be road weary as they are playing in their 3rd straight away from home. They are 3-0 but have allowed 300 plus YPG vs the pass. Hillstead came off the bench last week for Utah State and made the game vs Air Force interesting. He threw for 67% and 3 TD’s, so he should get the start this week. Taking those home points again.

324 Marshall -5 3*
My Hokie friends and family are losing their minds. How do you go from the top team in Virginia and a perennial top 10 team to getting points vs Marshall??? Marshall is 2 and 0 on the year and have won 7 straight going back to LY. I am putting Pry on the Hot Seat as I have heard a lot of load complaints from my friends.

360 Illinois -15 3*
I let this line get away from me, but I still like it. I think Illinois has underperformed a slight bit so far so we get some line value. FAU struggles vs the run and well any Bielema team loves to run the ball. LY FAU allowed over 200 rushing YPG on the road. Taking the Iliini to get their season back on track.

This has all of what I like to look for in a game. Michigan is playing in their 1st road game. They are 0-3-1ATS this year. The total is set low at only 40 total points. Nebraska under Rhule so far has averaged 265 rushing ypg. I am taking the 3-score head start.







196 ULM +14 5*



For starters my math has this game at 7 not 14. Both teams have rushed for 206 YPG this year. App State is allowing 181 Rushing YPG. ULM is good but a bit better at 152 YPG. I just see a pretty even match up, so give me the 2-score head start at home.







126 Syracuse +7 4*



Clemson just looks broken to me. Syracuse comes in at 4-0 SU and 3-0-1 Ats. The Orange will be fired up at the chance to pick off Clemson. I look for Clemson to be flat after last week’s emotional loss to FSU.







141/42 UVA/BC Over 54 4*



These two have combined for 7-1 Over games this year. Since UVA put in freshman Colandrea they have scored with ease. Neither team has played much defense. I see this one getting into the 60’s.







172 California -12.5 3*



Arizona State has lost by DD’s in all 3 games vs P5 opponents this year. They are also 2-7 in their last 9 overall. Cal has played a bit better than I expected so far. I like a college team that can run the ball and Cal has averaged 216 RPG this year. Cal is also 9-3 ATS their last 12 at home.







106 Tulsa -2.5 -130 3* THURSDAY GAME!!!



Temple has been a bad road team of late, going 2-8 ATS in their last 10. Tulsa has won their last 2 recent match ups. They won by 34 at home in 21 and by 11 on the road last year. Tulsa has a good run game and Temple has allowed 195 RPG this year. Taking the short fave at home.







149/50 ODU/Marshall under 46.5 3*



This is a trends play of the week. All trends for ODU, Marshall, and vs each other are heavy on the under. I only see about 600 total yards of offense in this game. No bad turnovers and we should be good.

I obviously like this week’s card. But in the end, it is still gambling, and I have seen it all. I strictly play my * system. My largest is 7* which is 7% of my bankroll. Play within your means and have fun.

The only thing that I hate worse than losing is to post losers. But, that is what I have done in b2b weeks. I am not a quitter so hear we go.



Wednesday Game

304 New Mexico State -6 3*

Anyone that has followed me over the years know that I like finding a team that runs the ball well vs a poor team vs the run. That is what we have tonight. New Mexico State has AVG 202 rush YPG vs FIU allowing an AVG of 214 rushing YPG. FIU upset them last year and for those 2 reasons I see line value. Taking the home team laying a short number.

Army is 5-1 SU in their last 6 at home and 8-1-1 ATS their last 10. Obviously, Army has a top rushing attack vs a poor BC defense. BC has a -5-point differential while Army’s is +12. Taking the home team as a short fave.



340 Florida State -13.5 1 half 4*

FSU returns home after 2 very tough road wins. Takes a week off and catches VT at home. With FSU coming in undefeated, the fans should be loud and crazy. Pry may have cooled his seat a bit by beating a weak Pitt team. I am putting him back on as FSU needs some style points. I will also chase if the 1 half misses by more than 3 points.



404 ULL -ml -130 4*

ULL is 15-2 at home vs Texas State who is 4 – 16 SU in their last 20 on the road. Both teams rush the ball well with ULL have a small edge in both rushing and rushing defense. My math has ULL by 7 so give me them on the ml.



365 Rutgaers +13 3*

Rutgers is 4-1 SU and 4-0-1 ATS this year. Both teams rush for over 200 YPG but surprisingly Rutgers has a slight edge in rushing defense. I think Wisky will win but Rutgers keeps it close.



394 Texas A&M +1.5 3*

I rarely ever bet against Alabama and at such a low number….. My math has A&M,as a 6 point fave. They returned a lot from last years team. The offense is finally looking pretty good under OC Patrino. I see line value as Bama I always over valued.



388 ULM +10.5 3*

I rarely take the same team in B2B weeks but again I don’t understand the number. ULM fought a much tougher opponent last week. They lost that game by 1 point due to a very long FG by App State as time expired. South Alabama is 4-16 SU on the road vs conference foes. Give me the 2 score head start.
