CSU hasn't played well so far this season, likely because of all the new players on the team. On the other hand, neither has DU. But I don't think CSU is good enough to command a 21.5 line.
The line is similar to last year's when these teams played and DU covered that game by 10. I can't say DU is much better this year but CSU is not, at least for now.
Since these schools are only about an hour apart, it's not necessarily a rivalry but a game DU will get up for since CSU has beaten them 3-striaght times.
Also, with CSU having #25 Ole Miss on deck, I like DU to cover as CSU doesn't have much motivation, hasn't been playing well, and might be looking ahead.
