This starts and ends with James Franklin's awful record against top 5 ranked teams. And if you compare Dillon Gabriel's numbers (341 passing yards and 3 total TDs) vs. Drew Allar's (146 yards and 1 INT) against the strongest common opponent, Ohio State, it sheds light on not only the better talent level but also the better head coach.

Miami Ohio is much better team on paper this season...but something is off about this line.I take Ohio for upset.

Took an embarrassing loss on UNLV and Tulane. Hopefully Saturday will be better. I pick Penn State tomorrow +4 against Oregon. Oregon would not be an undefeated team. Had they played Ohio State anywhere but home.

Georgia +3

I know it is hard to beat the same team twice in the same season, and Georgia is not the same powerhouse as the past 3-4 years, but Texas is not as good as the rest of the high level programs in SEC, I will take Georgia, Miss and Tenn over them! Texas played only one ranked team, Georgia, and got embarrassed on their home field. Georgia played Alabama, Tenn, Mississippi, and of course Texas. I don’t think their coach is good without drinking scotch, the QB’s are on par, their offense and defense are on par, I give the edge to coaching and take the 3 points, but they will beat Texas again. Nebraska+6.5, the depth on this team is insane I think they’ll be a top 10 team at some point this season and at the moment are better than msu.

Clemson +2.5

SMU already politicking about getting into the playoff if they lose is worrisome that they're not particularly confident heading into this game. Dabo is 7-0 in Charlotte. I like the Tigers to win outright but will take the points.

Providence CBB -1.5. Rhode Island has played the softest schedule while Prov is more battle tested and takes it here vs. the in-state rival

SMU -2.5. Speed and offensive firepower have brought them to this game, and will test Clemson. Clemson will wear down as game progresses allowing SMU to pull away with victory and cover

More physical team getting points. I think these teams are rated closer

Texas is arguably the best team in the nation. There is so much hidden talent, that I truly think they win this game outright. Get some time off, get healthy, and roll to the national championship.Take Texas!

clemson cant score enough to keep up with SMU offense. Clemson defense is down a notch and wont leep SMU down for 4 quarters.

Dominated Texas at Texas. Texas played the weakest schedule by far. UGA will dominate again today

SMU (-2) SMU is just the better football team. Opened at +1.5 and Sharps were all over this to push SMU to the favorite. Since the QB change, SMU is 9-0.

SMU ML - The SMU Mustangs are having a dominating season. This is their first season in the ACC and have won all eight conference games. Clemson has lost two of its past five games. I am taking the hotter and better team.
