Both teams can score pts and their defense is so -so . Its inside so no weather issues. The only thing that worries me is the history between these teams is that the games are some what low scoring. But that was then and this in now, 2 high scoring offense's should make this go over.

I’m not sure they will have as much motivation to get margins in a bad weather game. I’ll take the Browns.

Harbaugh's ball control run game offense should keep the clock running and their defense is #1 in points allowed at 15.9 PPG. I think this game goes unders.
