Spencer Strider’s first year back from injury hasn’t gone as planned, as the Braves starter has allowed 20 earned runs over his last three starts. Considering Edward Cabrera has had Atlanta’s number over the years (.149/.240/.314 slash line against him through 67 at-bats), I’m all over the Marlins in this NL East matchup.

Love the jays today. I see this line being -180 with the way max is pitching and the way jays bats are hitting. Line is only short because of joe Ryan. Now with Minnesota being out of playoff contention, look for them to limit his innings, especially if he gets hit up like he did his last start against the A’s. That twins bullpen is awful as well so take the better team with the better pitcher and Home record and lineup to get it done.

Marlins looking for a little revenge here after being swept by ATL couple weeks ago in ATL - Cabrera in much better form than Strider so will ride the Marlins at home

MIA (-110)...been said multiple times in today's thread. Strider has not been good since coming back from injury. Cabrera has been much better. ATL at the time now where they are just playing out the string. They got up for Mets at home but this is MIA. Partying anyone???

Not only does Milwaukee hold the hitting edge, but it also boasts the pitching advantage. Right-hander Brandon Woodruff takes the mound for the Brewers and has been sensational since rejoining the rotation.
Rodriguez is 5-7 with a 5.40 ERA and 1.61 WHIP through 22 starts this year. His analytics are equally poor, ranking in the 34th percentile in xERA and 33rd percentile in xBA.

This seems like an easy over not sure if I'm falling for a trap. I see this game going way over the posted total. Strider for Atlanta has gotten lit up his last 3 starts and shows no signs of improving. His last 3 starts he's gone 11+ innings giving up 29 hits and 20 earned runs. Cabrera has been below avg his last 3 starts but not Strider bad. He's gone 17 innings his last 3 starts giving up 20 hits and 10 earned runs. I see both teams scoring a handful of runs in this one. I also like Miami at even money if you want to put a little on them

Spencer Strider is in a serious rut, allowing 20 HRs over his last 11.2 innings thru last 3 starts. Cabrera on the other hand has been decent with less than one HR allowed per 9 innings and sporting a 3.52 ERA for the season. Also, the Marlins bullpen has been fantastic the last 2+ months; Braves bullpen not so much.

Miami Marlins +109

Strider has been an absolute mess lately and has had only one decent stretch since returning from injury but it certainly isn't right now. Braves bats have a tendency to not show up after putting up runs. Value is on Miami at home.

The total has gone under in TB last 8 games when playing the Indians, including the last 5 on the road. Good luck
