Houston Cougars -13.5
Oregon State is a mess. The Beavers can’t run the ball on offense and Maalik Murphy is still a sub-par quarterback, while the defense has been 0.8 yppl worse than average . Houston is still very good defensively but the Cougars have significantly upgraded their offense this season with the addition of former Texas A&M starting quarterback Conner Weigman.

Darvish is allowing 1.6 HRs per 9 innings and has an ERA north of 5.50 Similarly, Zac Gallen has an ERA of 4.70 and allows 1.4 HRs per 9. The Dbacks bullpen is near the bottom of MLB with a 4.82 ERA.
