Ill have been tops in defense in the paint lately
While U Conn is always tough guarding perimeter shooters which Illinois have.
This game like many this tourney starts out slow at a crawl before picking up.

Twins and Rays over 7.5
Both starting pitchers were ruffed up in their initial starts. Mick Abel for the Twins went just 3.1 innings giving up 5 earned runs. More concerning with Abel is last year, his only MLB year, he pitched 39 innings and gave up 27 earned runs. Twins scored ten yesterday to show they can have a decent offensive punch this year. They face Steven Matz who have up four earned runs in 5 innings in his only start. Take the over 7.5.

Tampa Bay Rays -110....I'm not sold on this Twins team and Abel has been pretty bad in his career and in his first start this year against the Orioles he couldn't make it out of the 3rd inning
