NE has probably been waiting for this game since they lost to LV last yr here at home NE may have finally got the ship straightened out after last weeks win in Buffalo their defense has played pretty good except for the game in Jax this will be their 2nd home game as they held their 1st opponent to 3 pts I know LV has covered every game so far but last weeks tough loss to KC and the fact they have to travel cross country to NE who is coming off a good win plus u throw in the fact that the Raiders have the worst record of the west coast teams traveling to the east coast to play a 1:00 game usually doesn’t bode well for them so I am taking the Pats in this one

Lions/Cardinals OVER 54.5

The Lions defense is the worst defense in the league. They're 32nd in total yards, 32nd in passing yards, 31st in points allowed at 31.8 ppg and 32nd in 3rd down %. I think even a below average QB like Jacoby Brissett can find some throwing lanes and score against this soft defense. Defensively themselves, the Cardinals are pretty bad too. They give up 29.3 ppg themselves and the Lions have the offensive weapons (Gibbs, St. Brown, and Jamo) to exploit them.

Patriots -3.5. This team certainly found its groove off that big win vs the bills and I think they will continue to find that groove today. Maye looked a lot better last week while the raiders are coming off a loss vs the chiefs in which they probably should have won and now have to travel across the country

Cardinals are in a tough spot. Questions at quarterback and issues with Marvin Harrison being traded that create chatter and distractions in the locker room. I'm thinking Detroit takes care of business and runs away with this ine.
